Amy's vision with Progressive Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Specialists, LLC is to develop lifelong partnerships with healthcare consumers and the referral community by cultivating timely and personalized care.  She has been practicing Physical Therapy for over 17 years in hospital, industrial and outpatient settings.

Throughout her career, she has built evaluation and treatment skills which make her an extraordinary Physical Therapist.  She is Board Certified by the A.P.T.A. (the American Physical Therapy Association) as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.  As an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, Amy addresses the prevention of disability and the physical rehabilitation of persons with a disability involving the musculoskeletal system and the neurovascular related components.  In addition, she has done extensive research regarding industrial spinal injury prevention when she obtained her master's degree from Finch University, Chicago Medical School in North Chicago, Illinois.  She has significant knowledge of the Occupational Medicine field with a history of outstanding outcomes with regards Amy showing spineto onsite rehabilitation, industrial injury prevention and return to work programs.  Other specialized programs in which she utilized her skills include: temporal-mandibular joint (TMJ)/facial pain syndromes, Manual therapy, Lymphedema management, sports injury rehab of the lower and upper extremity and women's health programs.

Amy is extremely active in both the national and state levels of the Physical Therapy Associations.  She currently serves as a member on the Executive Board of the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Association (WPTA) as well as the local Southeastern District Board of the WPTA while remaining active over the last 18 years.  She is also the current editor for PT Connections, the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Association professional publication.  In addition to these professional commitments, she has maintained a role with many didactic programs as a clinical mentor for both PT & PTA interns as well as serving as an active member of the Muskego, Hales Corners & New Berlin Chambers of Commerce.  Through these opportunities, she has integrated both her clinical skills and passion for quality care with her desire to promote the profession of Physical Therapy.
